1 Use the Exact Channel Entry Format

LC when programming, you
must use the same format
to delete:

2 Check for Incorrect or Accidental Entries
- Sometimes, a channel was partially entered or inputted incorrectly.
- If the channel does not exist in your provider's lineup, the box may jump to the closest channel instead.

To identify the correct channel entry:
- Look at the LED screen on the cable box or
- Check the digits displayed on the TV screen when selecting the channel.
Steps to Delete a Favorite Channel
1 Unlock Favorites Mode
- Press and hold ADD until the light is solid, then enter 956.
- (Use TV if in TV-Only Mode).
2 Enter Delete Mode
- Press and hold STB + DEL at the same time until the light is solid.
- (Use TV if in TV-Only Mode).
3 Delete the Exact Channel

4 Exit & Test
- Press and release STB (or TV if in TV-Only Mode).
