Some Dish Boxes boxes are installed in RF radio frequency only.
Flipper, like all universal remotes, is IR infrared.
Lets make sure IR is actvated in the box. Using Direct TV Remote:
Menu-Settings-Remote Control-Actvate IR.
Then sync Flipper as normal, usually code 2294 oe 2794.
