When using Favorites, we have to let the box change channels before pressing the channel button again. The reason is that some Xfinity boxes, especially older models, have older chips and have to process the signals. They are not designed for Flipper's Favorites feature.
If this continues, we can also slow the speed fo the IR signals - this can help the box change channels. Please use the steps below:
Adjust timing:
Flipper is set to the fastest speed, so we decrease the speed one level at a time:
Decrease:
Press and Hold Device (STB or TV) & CH- for 3 seconds til the light flashes once; This is one level. Try the Favs after each level - There are 5 levels total.
Increase:
Press and Hold Device (STB or TV) & CH+ for 3 seconds til the light flashes once;
