First, it's important to delete exactly what was entered into Flipper. So two things to watch out for;
1) Make sure to use the exact channel entry format that was used when programming. If you used the mute or LC button, then we need to use that to delete; 123-DEL; or 123-Mute-DEL; or 123-LC-DEL;
2) Often a channel is partially entered, or entered by accident, and there is no exact channel in your cable provider's lineup, and the box will automatically go to the closest channel. So pay attention to the digits as they are actually sent to the box. To do this, look for an LED screen on the box, or the digits as they appear on the TV screen. Then delete those channels:
To delete:
1) Unlock: press and hold ADD till light solid, then 956 (Use TV if in TV only mode);
2) Press and hold STB and DEL at same time till light solid (Use TV if in TV Only mode);
3) Then enter the exact channel you want to delete: 123-DEL; or 123-Mute-DEL; or 123-LC-DEL;
4) Exit: press and release STB. Test
If successful, complete the setup:
V9 you are done;
V8 and below: Dual Mode, then Lock: press and hold ADD till light solid, then 955. TV Only mode: press and hold TV till light solid, then 955.
