Please make sure you are 4-5 feet away from the devices and that they are in direct line of sight:
If you only have a TV (no STB / cable box), then Flipper for TV Only: press and hold TV till solid, then 970, light blinks out. This maps the channel buttons to the TV.
If this does not work, then lets do the QC Flow:
Reset: press and hold ADD till solid, then 954:
(1) Set TV*: press VOL. If working, go to STB. If not, then: press and hold TV til the light turns solid, then enter the 4 digit code (test on/off and VOL)
*TV Only: If you do not have a STB / Cable box, then skip #2, and: press and hold TV till solid, enter 970 (TV Only).
(2) Set STB*: press CH. If working, you are done. If not, then: press and hold STB til the light turns solid, then enter the 4 digit code (test on/off and CH);
Troubleshooting:
If the red light does flash as expected, then reset:
(1) Press and hold ADD till solid, then enter 956, light blinks out; Repeat with STB and TV buttons; The follow the QVC Flow.
